Daily activity:
5:30 to 6:30 am check emails received via laptop or blackberry
6:00 am Intermittent viewing of television- ESPN, TV6 and CNN
6:30 am Listen to radio programs on way to work - I95, 105.1, 96.1 and 96.7
7:00 am Arrive at work, log into network- Check work emails
              ( check work email hourly until quitting time )
              ( check personal email and messages via blackberry)
4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Listen to radio programs on way home or to school
7:00 pm look at TV6 news if possible.
8:00 pm may look at television or surf the internet.
        ( may view national geographic, speed, food network or hgtv. Will look at espn and fox sports)
        ( log into emails, may check facebook, look at international news- nypost.com, forbes.com etc.)
9:00 pm do research for school projects and private business
